Large, regional law firm is seeking a skilled and driven Litigation Attorney to join their Green Bay or Appleton office. This Litigation Attorney will focus on commercial and intellectual property litigation and be involved in all aspects of the litigation process in federal and state courts. Responsibilities Manage litigation cases, including motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and briefs Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, and mediations Handle client communication, case strategy, and reporting Conduct legal research to support case arguments and motions Qualifications Must be licensed to practice law in Wisconsin 2+ years of civil litigation experience Previous experience working in commercial litigation or intellectual property related litigation strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
