Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Safety Coordinator OSHA 30 to join our team Are you looking for a work environment you can be challenged and thrive in all while working with amazing team members we consider family Precision Walls is seeking top talent in the construction industry that is eager to learn enthusiastic and always up for an exciting new challenge Essential Duties & Responsibilities All phases of branch Safety Lean Support and Enforcement Safety Checklist Lean Checklist Inspections Conduct New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments when required Supportive documentation Provide training and licensing for field personnel task to work with tools and equipment ie Hilti Tools MEWPs Lull & Forklift operations Scaffolds Ladders and Stilts Support Management team in creating New Job Start Up requirements ie contract safety documents JSSP SSSP OCIP CCIP requirement etc Ensures a Safe and Healthy work environment that adheres with OSHA guidelines Accompany and support injured employees attend initial doctor appointments support until employee is released to full duty Ensures all documentation is completed for any Accident Incident or Property Damage Other duties as needed Requirements Experience 1 to 2 years in commercial construction safety experience Has knowledge of desktop computers laptops iPad smartphones and various other electronic devises OSHA 30 Precision Walls Trained Trainer provided by a Branch Safety Coordinator Safety QQC Safety Manager or Branch supporting SQRMBilingual EnglishSpanish Benefits Paid Time Off PTO Retirement Plans 401K Savings Plan Employee Stock Ownership Plan ESOP Health Plan Dental Plan Vision Plan Flexible Expending Account for healthcare Long and Short Term Disability Life Insurance Advancement and growth opportunities Performance bonuses Incentive program Employment with Precision Walls is contingent upon successful completion of a pre employment background check and drug screening.
