Serve as a retail pharmacist providing comprehensive medication management and patient care during a 6-month travel assignment in San Angelo, TX. This role involves rotating weekday shifts and periodic Saturdays, supporting a high-volume pharmacy environment with an average of 1,400 prescriptions filled. The position offers valuable travel coverage experience within a dynamic retail setting utilizing the Willow computer system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and dispense medications accurately, ensuring patient safety
• Conduct thorough clinical reviews to optimize therapeutic outcomes
• Administer immunizations according to protocol and maintain certification standards
• Provide patient counseling, education, and support for medication adherence

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Texas Pharmacist license required
• Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy experience
• Current immunization certification essential
• Proficiency in using the Willow pharmacy system preferred

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (rotating shifts)
• Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM every 3rd to 4th weekend
