Kitchen Manager | High-Volume Casual Dining | Orange, CT
Great food does not happen by accident. It requires a Kitchen Manager who understands that consistency, rigorous standards, and strong team leadership are the foundation of a successful restaurant.
We are partnering with a highly respected, family-friendly BBQ concept in Orange, CT, to find a Kitchen Manager who leads from the front. This is a brand built on serving the community, preparing fresh food from scratch, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. They need a leader for the heart of the house—someone who understands that protecting the guest experience starts with what happens on the line.
What You Will Do
As the Kitchen Manager, you will set the pace for the shift and take full ownership of back-of-house operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving Operational Standards: Execute thorough line checks to ensure every plate meets strict quality and temperature standards.
- Inventory and Prep Management: Manage the menu and daily prep so the kitchen constantly delivers fresh product without running out or driving up waste.
- Team Development: Coach, train, and mentor your team. You will build a culture of accountability and high performance in the kitchen.
