Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide exceptional emergency care in a fast-paced ER environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to respond swiftly to patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions accurately and prioritize care based on acuity levels.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses thoroughly and promptly.
• Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Maintain compliance with all safety standards and hospital protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid and unexpired RN license in the relevant state.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of ER nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple urgent cases.
• Must include a copy of a valid driver's license with all submissions.
• Compliance with dress code: wearing all-color scrubs (excluding denim, camo, and orange).
