Position Summary As an Operations Manager, you'll oversee multiple commercial accounts throughout the Denver Metro Area while serving as the primary contact for clients. You'll lead supervisors and frontline employees to ensure exceptional service, quality, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage daily operations for multiple commercial facilities Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop employees Lead supervisors and janitorial staff Conduct quality inspections and resolve customer concerns Build strong client relationships Manage staffing, scheduling, labor hours, payroll, and account budgets Coordinate specialty cleaning services Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance Conduct employee training and safety meetings Manage equipment, inventory, and supplies Support new account transitions Utilize company software to manage inspections and work orders Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction Qualifications Required Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills Strong organization and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience managing labor budgets and employee performance Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends Preferred 3+ years of Operations Management experience Commercial cleaning or facility services management experience Experience managing multiple commercial accounts Recruiting, hiring, and developing employees Experience with inspection or work order management software What Success Looks Like Build long-term customer relationships Develop engaged teams Deliver consistent, high-quality service Meet labor budgets and operational goals Solve problems proactively If you're a bilingual leader who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.
