What Youll Do

As a Loan Originator at LFG Lending, youll work directly with real estate investors to structure financing for deals such as:

Fix-and-flip loans/ (hard money)
DSCR rental loans
Bridge loans
Investor portfolio financing + more!

Youll guide clients through the financing process while building long-term relationships with investors who continue to grow and close more deals over time.

This role is about more than just originating loans its about becoming a trusted partner to investors who rely on you to help make their deals happen.
