Systems Administrator

As we expand internally and externally, we seek a qualified candidate to add to our IT/Systems department. We are looking for a fast learner with computer science experience who can work well in a team environment. No dental or lab experience is required.Responsibilities:Configure and maintain VPN connections for usersAdministration of On-Prem Domain and M365 Azure Active Directory, user rolesSupervise and maintain network and serversAdminister internal helpdesk, provide up to Tier 2 IT support for usersOffice 365, Windows 10 configuration and troubleshootingContribute thorough documentation on tasks, configurations, problem resolutionsMaintain/Enforce adherence to SOC2/ITSM policiesRequirements:High school diplomaInterpersonal skillsTaking the initiative to further education in systems administration, networking, and the latest trends/technologiesUnderstanding of/experience with network administration (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi protocols, Firewall management)Understanding of/experience with DHCP, DNS, AD, V-SphereBS in CompSci, or equivalent work experience(Preferred, but not required) Any of the following CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, MCP, CCNACommunication skills, vital to both working closely with users and creating clear documentation
