**About the Role:**

As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:

* **Leading by example:** Providing guidance and mentorship to your nursing team to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes
* **Coordinating patient care:** Overseeing the delivery of care to patients on your unit, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
* **Managing operations:** Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, managing resources, and prioritizing tasks to meet unit goals
* **Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams:** Working closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
* **Maintaining regulatory compliance:** Ensuring that all unit policies and procedures are in compliance with regulatory requirements

**Requirements:**

* **Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio**
