Position Overview

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting Home Health assignment with CenterWell Home Health in Winston-Salem, NC . This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Home Health RN who enjoys providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' homes while maintaining a strong work-life balance with a Monday–Friday schedule.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS documentation and be confident managing the clinical needs of patients throughout the home health episode of care.

Assignment Details

• $2,206 per week blended rate
• Monday–Friday schedule
• On-call responsibilities
• Home Health setting
• Patient-centered, skilled nursing care
• Must be comfortable working independently in patients' homes
• Strong documentation and assessment skills required

Requirements

• Active and valid North Carolina RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Previous Home Health RN experience
• Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience required
• OASIS charting/documentation experience required
• Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a home health caseload
