Material Handler / Stand-Up Forklift Operator – Chicago

Shift: 2nd Shift — Tuesday–Saturday 3:30 PM–12:00 AM

Pay Rate: $20.76/hour

Job Description

The Material Handler / Stand-Up Forklift Operator will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations through accurate product handling and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include:

• Case picking and building pallets
• Operating RF scanners to track inventory
• Wrapping and staging pallets for shipment
• Loading and unloading trucks (after training is completed)
• Performing full pallet picks and put-away
• Maintaining accurate inventory counts
• Completing count-backs as needed
• Following all warehouse safety and productivity guidelines
• Temp to Hire 

Requirements:

• Certified Stand-Up Forklift Operator (Raymond preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of stand-up forklift experience
• Ability to work in various warehouse areas as needed
• Strong communication skills with Supervisors and Team Leads
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Must wear steel-toed boots
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
• Must stay productive and follow assigned tasks
• All required company training must be completed on first shift
• Must pass Client background requirements
