Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer – Fabletics Fabletics is looking for a Graphic Designer to execute digital communications that translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, visually exciting, and easy to understand. This role requires a strong understanding of the Fabletics customer, a refined design aesthetic, and the ability to deliver high-quality work at a fast pace. The Graphic Designer will contribute to overall art direction and work across multiple channels, including email, site, social, and broader marketing initiatives. The role reports to the Sr. Art Director and is based in the El Segundo Headquarters. Responsibilities Conceptualize, elevate, maintain, and be accountable for the quality and timeliness of work across multiple creative projects. Design for site, email marketing, social media, and other digital marketing projects across all platforms by collaborating with cross‑functional partners. Work directly with marketing, copywriting, and project management teams to create engaging, on-brand marketing emails and other projects on a weekly/monthly basis. Work within and evolve templates that communicate Fabletics marketing goals and expansion. Weekly design of site updates: home page slides, category banners, templates, landing pages, and more. Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of all short and long-term initiatives. Demonstrate flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Bring a positive, proactive, self‑starting attitude. Maintain high standards and quality assurance across all work produced so that it is cohesive, consistent, and brand‑right. Leverage knowledge of customers and company KPIs to create optimal assets. Identify opportunities to improve design execution, workflow, and asset quality across recurring creative needs. Design PR materials, advertising, and other print marketing materials as needed. Nice to Have (But We’ll Teach You) Figma prototyping and slide design experience. Experience or interest in AI tools for design exploration, image generation, workflow efficiency, and creative problem‑solving. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in graphic design with emphasis in ecommerce, fashion, retail, or a related digital‑first brand. Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design, Web Design, or equivalent experience is preferred. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator. Strong understanding of digital design, typography, layout, photography, and visual storytelling. Ability to execute elevated creative across multiple channels while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and brand standards. Collaborate in the development of project concepts and apply a consistent design approach to a wide range of digital content. Organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Location ElSegundo Headquarters – LosAngeles, CA (Hybrid workplace).
