Strategic Procurement & Contracts Specialist

The Employees Retirement System of Texas (ERS) is seeking a Contract Specialist II to manage procurement documents, coordinate stakeholder input, and ensure compliance with state laws for purchases over $25,000. You will work with cross‑agency teams, develop solicitations, publish notices, support evaluation and award processes, and help finalize contracts in collaboration with the Office of the General Counsel.
