Position Overview:
Bizzetta are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information with professionalism and efficiency.

This position is fully on-site applicants must live in or near Charlotte, NC. Immediate availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the cause of the problem.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
• Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their issues are fully resolved and customers are satisfied.
• Maintain customer account records by updating account information and documenting conversations.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer support processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communications or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic approach.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
