Job Title: Grocery Clerk I Reports To: Center Store Manager As a Grocery Clerk, your role stocking makes grocery shopping easy & enjoyable for guests. You'll help keep shelves stocked, products fresh, and the store organized—ensuring guests can find what they need quickly and easily. Whether it's a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, you'll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day. Stock & Display: Be part of the team stocking our aisles. Ensure products are fresh, in-date, properly rotated, and well-stocked. Offer Assistance: Help guests locate products on and off the sales floor, providing product suggestions and alternatives when appropriate. Receiving & Inventory Support: Unload deliveries, organize stock, and maintain accurate inventory levels. Collaboration: Work closely with the Grocery Department Manager and collaborate with Grocery associate team to meet goals. Clean & Organize: Contribute to keeping the department clean, sanitized, tidy, and well-maintained as needed. Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns with care and professionalism. Meet Goals: Ensure shelves are fully stocked by designated times. Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences Support the Team: Other duties as assigned. Work Schedule: The Grocery Clerk I is a part-time position.
