On Call Monitoring Engineer | $80-120K | Industry Leading Real Estate Platform | Python, Java, AWS, ETL, NOC, Linux Full-time. Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a valid Green Card/Long‑Term Visa and be able to work full-time from Collingswood, NJ. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain the real‑estate data pipeline that serves 600+ data sources and APIs. Work nights and weekends as required. Create internal wiki documentation for common issues, links to support resources, and daily procedures. Build and maintain a network operations dashboard for 24/7 monitoring. Design and implement ingestion, transformation, integration, storage, and delivery systems for real‑estate data from diverse sources. Automate infrastructure and deployments for the data pipeline (Infrastructure‑as‑Code). Collaborate with other engineers to deliver value rapidly and avoid duplication. Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve platform stability and performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 3–10+ years of data pipeline monitoring experience. Proficiency in Python, Java, AWS, ETL, NOC, and Linux. Strong problem‑solving skills with minimal assistance. Team player who is eager to learn new technologies. Location Collingswood, NJ (10 minutes from Philadelphia via PATCO commuter rail).
