Site Manager

The primary role of the Site Manager is to oversee the day-to-day operations of our new Midland location. Key responsibilities include establishing quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which each team’s performance can be evaluated; ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction; creating and managing the installation schedule; recruiting and training new team members; and keeping effective open communication with our main office in Houston. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers. Build relationships and trust with team members across multiple disciplines to ensure short-term and long-term business needs are delivered. Support team member growth and training. Prioritize business functions to properly allocate resources to maximize efficiency. Implement or utilize processes that enable team members to realize their full productive potential in support of the organization’s goals.
