Impactful Leasing Specialist for Affordable Housing

Conifer Realty is seeking a Leasing Specialist / Agent for affordable housing in Damascus, MD. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, process applications, and manage renewals to keep communities full and compliant. You’ll work with LIHTC and HUD programs, ensure Fair Housing compliance, and provide excellent customer service using Yardi or similar property management software.
