Personal Lines Account Manager North Carolina

Growing independent insurance agency is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to service and retain a book of personal insurance clients. This role will be responsible for handling policy changes, renewals, coverage reviews, and client inquiries while providing exceptional customer service. The Account Manager will work closely with clients, insurance carriers, and agency team members to ensure coverage needs are met and long-term client relationships are maintained. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys building strong client relationships. Experience working in an independent agency environment is preferred, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications:
Active North Carolina Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
2+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience preferred.
Independent insurance agency experience highly preferred.
Knowledge of homeowners, auto, umbrella, flood, and other personal lines products.
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience with agency management systems (EPIC preferred).
