Role Summary We are looking for a high-performing customer service professional to join our team at our Avon Branch (35592 Detroit Rd, Avon, OH 44011). Responsibilities * Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, andor over the telephone

• Manage a teller window
• Open depository accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRA's)
• Resolve customer issues
• Assist in all areas of the branch

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of recent retail bank teller experience and/or 3+ years of

high-volume cashing-handling experience * Recent experience working on the platform with new account openings and resolving customer issues preferred * Outstanding customer service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor

• Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills
• Exposure to conventional first mortgages is a plus

Our anticipated pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00. At Third Federal, we’re committed to transparency throughout the hiring process. The pay range listed is based on relevant market data, role responsibilities, and skills required for the position.
