Junior Program Manager (Secret Clearance)

What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Secret clearance. Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors. What will I be doing? Using your expertise in program/project management, you will be assisting a higher-level program manager in directing the training project lifecycle by assisting in development of comprehensive project plans to include both long- and short-range goals and milestones, supporting USAF readiness and future operations training. In addition, you will: Identify, acquire, and utilize resources to achieve project technical objectives Direct a project team monitoring and encouraging functional organizations to complete milestones within specific budgets and schedules May, on occasion, interface with external customers as well as top management for the purpose of communicating status of project throughout lifecycle May supervise direct reports Train and direct employee work activities Sign timecards, prepare performance reviews, handle discipline problems, and provide input to hiring and firing as directed Other duties as assigned What experience, training, and education do I need? You must meet the minimum requirements: Active Secret clearance BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience 5 years of experience as a Program Manager 5 years of USAF MAJCOM experience Working knowledge of concepts and doctrine of Air Force Readiness and pre-deployment training programs Where is the client site that I would be working for?
