This role will facilitate strong partnerships with dealers and sales managers while providing high level customer service to our internal Auto Finance business. You will be influencing 60-80 dealerships, building positive relationships with them while supporting the outside sales managers./ppA Relationship Manager will also be the first line of contact for Capital One Auto Finance (COAF) involving issues in underwriting and funding. Furthermore, the Relationship Manager makes outbound phone calls to dealers to capture their business for COAF, while also taking inbound calls from the dealers to strategically analyze their potential territories resulting in a game plan to achieve a target goal. A Relationship Manager will monitor and make adjustments to the plan as the month progresses to achieve the desired goals./ppGeneral Responsibilities:/pulliCultivate positive relationships with our dealerships./liliOptimize communication skills by creating strategic deals and goals with dealerships over the phone./liliReview the structure in underwriting for COAF./liliGuide the deals in house for funding./liliAnalyze territory production goals./liliPartner successfully with peers and teammates to efficiently achieve operational alignment and mutual objectives./li/ulpSchedule Expectations:/pulliAvailable ~3 Saturdays a month as needed to cover dealer inquiries and escalations with Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off./liliIn office 5 days a week for the first 90 day training period./liliPotential to work up to 2 Sundays a month with Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off./li/ulpBasic Qualifications:/pulliHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification./liliAt least 1 year of experience in Financial Services or at least 1 year of Business to Business Sales experience./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliBachelors Degree in Business./lili2+ years experience in Auto Finance./lili2+ years experience in Customer Relations./lili5+ years experience in Customer Service./li/ulpCapital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position./ppThe minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked./ppDowners Grove, IL: $74,200 - $84,700 for Relationship Manager - Capital One Auto/ppCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter./ppThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
