Our organization in Jefferson, Iowa is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to become part of our expanding team as we prepare for the upcoming retirement of a valued member. The Opportunity- Exclusively outpatient practice - no obstetrics, no emergency room duties, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities.
- Immediately engage with a steady patient volume in a trusted, community-focused clinic.
- Optional leadership position available: Chief of Staff, supported by a robust administrative team.
- Enjoy a flexible four-day workweek that promotes an exceptional work-life balance.
- Visa sponsorship options available, including support for J1 and H1B visas.
- Starting base salary ranging from $310,000 to $325,000, with additional earning potential through wRVU bonuses.
