What we're looking for: Someone responsible for daily functions required in Credit Department. Someone to perform and monitor loan maintenance and advances on Jack Henry. Someone to answer phone and review reports for quality control.

What you'll do:

• Review daily reports, which may include Loan Maintenance, CIF Maintenance, AFTs, expiring messages, zero balance accounts, ordered loan coupons, partial pay and review all loan payments from previous day.
• Assist customers with loan servicing questions, including internal calls from lenders and administrative assistants.
• Scan loan/credit related documents into Synergy.
• Send out loan payoffs statements and complete VOMs.

What you must have:

• High school diploma or GED

• Knowledge of Jack Henry systems

This position is in an office environment within a climate-controlled facility that can be high-traffic during peak service times. There is frequent use of the telephone, computer and other office equipment associated with this position.
