Aircraft Painter - Entry Level

Role: Aircraft Painter supporting manufacturing operations, with entry-level and Level 1 positions.

Responsibilities: Prepare aircraft surfaces by masking, stripping, washing, and blending paints. Perform detailed touch-ups, coordinate painting processes, and ensure quality standards. Must be certified for respirator use and capable of working in confined spaces, bending, lifting up to 35 pounds, and working arms overhead.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, with at least 3 months (Entry Level) or 9 months (Level 1) relevant painting/surface prep experience. Ability to pass medical and respiratory evaluations, obtain and maintain a DOD secret or top-secret clearance, and work flexible shifts. Basic computer skills and successful completion of initial training are required.

Preferred Skills: Aerospace manufacturing experience, low observable coating knowledge, masking, sanding skills, and active security clearance within the last 6 years.
