School Social Worker in Davison, MI

In this position, you will:

• Support students by developing and assisting with individualized behavior plans
• Participate in IEP meetings to share your insights and advocate for student needs
• Work alongside teachers, administrators, and other staff to ensure a holistic approach to student well-being
• Provide comprehensive evaluations to inform interventions and services
• Travel between schools, broadening your professional experience and expanding your network

To be considered, candidates must have:

• An active Michigan School Social Worker Certification
• A current Michigan Social Worker License (LLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW)
• Experience or a strong interest in serving PreK-12th grade caseloads
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• A passion for helping students achieve emotional, social, and academic growth
