Real Estate Attorney

Neiman Law LLC seeks an attorney to join a growing real estate focused law firm. We are a boutique commercial real estate firm who helps our clients negotiate contracts, form partnerships and joint ventures, and acquire, develop, lease and dispose commercial real estate. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a desire to grow a personal book of business and aid in providing transaction support. A candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in real estate legal matters and will focus on all types of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, title work, commercial leasing, land use and zoning, and condominium matters. Candidates should have the ability to coordinate and supervise real estate transactions from inception to closing autonomously, but will seek assistance when necessary. Responsibilities: Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements Draft and negotiate commercial leases Review and negotiate financing agreements with lenders Review title commitments and surveys Draft operating agreements and joint venture agreements with investors and partners Oversee basic land using and zoning matters Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of transactional commercial real estate experience Proficient in Microsoft office suite Desire to grow with the firm and develop a personal book of business Strong drafting, research, and organizational skills Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and in a team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
