Digital Paid Media Manager

A leading omnichannel retail organization is seeking a Digital Paid Media Manager to drive customer acquisition, eCommerce growth, and revenue through strategic paid media initiatives. This role is ideal for a data-driven performance marketer with deep expertise in Google Ads, Google Shopping, feed optimization, and digital campaign management.The Digital Paid Media Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of performance marketing channels while leveraging analytics and technology to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), customer acquisition, and overall business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute paid media strategies across Google, Meta, Bing, and other digital advertising platforms.Manage and optimize Google Shopping campaigns, Performance Max campaigns, and product feed integrations.Oversee Google Merchant Center, online product feeds, and local inventory feeds to ensure accuracy and performance.Monitor and optimize campaign performance through data analysis, bid management, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.Manage acquisition marketing budgets and maximize ROI through ongoing optimization and testing.Design and execute A/B testing and incrementality studies to measure channel effectiveness and improve performance.Partner closely with eCommerce, merchandising, analytics, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.Deliver actionable performance reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership.Stay current on industry trends, privacy changes, attribution methodologies, and platform innovations.Build and maintain relationships with media, technology, and platform partners.
