We are unable to sponsor new H-1B visa petitions for this position.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced PeopleTools Specialist responsible for the architecture, installation, configuration, upgrade, and ongoing technical operation of enterprise PeopleSoft environments.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and support PeopleSoft environments.Perform PeopleTools upgrades, PUM image applications, and patching.Administer WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, and application servers.Manage Elasticsearch/OpenSearch for PeopleSoft.Perform system refreshes, clones, migrations, and HA/DR activities.Develop automation using Shell, Python, or Ansible.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation.Mentor junior engineers and support production environments.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of PeopleSoft PeopleTools administration experience.Hands-on experience with PeopleTools upgrades and PUM.Strong knowledge of WebLogic, Tuxedo, Oracle Database, and Linux/Unix.Experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch and PeopleSoft Cloud Manager.Strong scripting, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsPeopleSoft certifications.Experience with OCI, AWS, or Azure.Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, and PeopleSoft Selective Adoption.How to ApplyWould you like to know more about this opportunity?
