The Jill Henning State Farm Agency is a high-performance, fast-growing insurance and financial service firm in the heart of Lakeville and we are looking for our next elite sales producer.

A Day In The Life:

• A  successful candidate will operate in a high-volume sales environment working agency provided leads to build a pipeline and close new business.   
• Build deep relationships with clients to design comprehensive, multi-line insurance packages that protect their assets, income, and legacy.
• Strengthen the relationships with our existing customers by providing them a fast, easy, and remarkable, Jill Henning Agency experience and deepen the relationship by identifying cross sell opportunities.
• Conduct appointments to review policy coverages, identify gaps or concerns through a needs-based conversation

Insurance experience is not required for this position. All insurance licensing is fully funded as part of employment, and we also provide the training and development needed to succeed in the role.   Those are all things we can train and teach.  What we’re looking for the is the candidate who has the skills you can’t teach – work ethic, drive, grit, problem solving, creative thinking, and a heart for people.
