What you may own

• Lead brand, demand, product marketing, and growth strategy at executive level.
• Own a measurable revenue, pipeline, partnership, or market-development mandate.
• Build account, territory, channel, or campaign plans grounded in customer and market data.
• Lead complex conversations with senior buyers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Create repeatable qualification, forecasting, handoff, and follow-up processes.
• Partner with product, finance, operations, and customer teams to improve conversion and retention.
• Report results and risks accurately and use performance data to improve execution.

What we are looking for

• A record of delivering revenue, pipeline, partnerships, or market growth in a senior role.
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to manage complex stakeholder groups.
• Experience with executive-level communication, negotiation, and structured follow-through.
• Comfort using CRM, forecasting, and performance data to run the work.
• Ability to operate independently in a high-accountability environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States for the employer without misrepresenting work status.

Compensation and location

The anticipated base salary range across represented VP of Marketing searches in New York is $210,000 to $340,000 per year. Final compensation depends on the employer, scope, level, experience, and work arrangement and may include bonus, commission, or equity where applicable.
