Experience: 2+ years of recent MLT experience required.

License: Active Compact or State License required at the time of submission.

Certifications: BLS, ASCP or AMT required.

Must-Have: Phlebotomy experience required. Flu vaccine required; declinations not accepted. Medical and religious exemptions approved on a case-by-case basis.

Description: There is a potential to work some weekends; this will be discussed during the interview. Technicians may be required to perform phlebotomy. Resource must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be considered. Submission confirmation needs to be signed within 24 hours of an offer. All facilities work a schedule of 36/48 for the two-week pay period unless noted otherwise. Ratios can fluctuate based on census or call-ins. Travelers may only submit to one position at a time. Up to 7 days of time off may be considered; this must be presented upfront. Travelers must work either a major or minor of every holiday. References required: 1 Charge or higher and 1 supervisor, both must be completed within the last year. Background issues must be submitted upfront. After working one year, travelers must take a minimum six-month break before being eligible to return. Hard document due date is the Monday prior to the start.
