No Exp CDL-A Company Truck Driver - Dry Van

$1,450 - $1,700 per week

Job Description

365 Freight USA is actively expanding our W-2 company driver fleet. We offer consistent dry van routes exclusively East of the I-35 corridor with steady dispatch and highly predictable miles. Both experienced solo drivers and recent commercial driving school graduates are welcome to join our team.

Required Qualifications

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
For Trainees: Successful completion of an accredited 120 Hours truck driving program with a valid school certificate.
Professional commitment to on-the-road safety protocols.

Fleet Responsibilities

Safely operate assigned commercial vehicles within our regional Eastern network.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections daily.
Transport dry van freight on dedicated, no-touch drop-and-hook lanes.

Structured Compensation & Rewards

Experienced Driver Pay: Earn $1,450 to $1,700 average weekly salary based on consistent mileage and routing.
Trainee Pay Phase: Start with a guaranteed weekly flat rate of $900 during our mentor-led training program.
Post-Training Pay Progression: Transition directly to our competitive mileage pay scale up to $0.65 CPM.
Equipment Standard: Drive late-model Volvo or Freightliner sleeper cabs equipped with modern driver amenities.
Comprehensive Benefits: Premium W-2 medical, dental, and vision insurance plus company-matched 401(k) plans.
