Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on diverse clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with adults from different backgrounds, each with unique stories and treatment needs. Through empathetic and personalized care, you will directly contribute to enhancing their mental well-being.

Qualifications\n
    \n
  • A current and valid state license to practice as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • \n
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • \n
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a safe space for client openness and trust.
  • \n
  • An empathetic disposition, exhibiting compassion and a non-judgmental approach in all client interactions.
  • \n
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, crucial for handling caseloads and maintaining comprehensive records.
  • \n
Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, with a proven ability to work successfully in a remote environment, is preferred. Experience with teletherapy specifically will be regarded favorably, as it directly aligns with our operational model.

The successful candidate will receive an attractive salary package within the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience. Additional benefits include administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, coverage for continuing education expenses, and the opportunity for professional autonomy in your practice approach.
