About the Role Leasing Agent – Part‑time at Cedar Hills. The role focuses on marketing, leasing, resident relations, and asset maintenance for multi‑million‑dollar residential properties. Responsibilities Marketing and Leasing Ensure compliance with all Fair Housing and Landlord‑Tenant laws. Own the customer experience to drive new leases, renewals, and resident satisfaction. Project a positive image during tours and public interactions. Assist with marketing initiatives: implement sales data tracking, customer surveys, resident retention follow‑up, and market surveys. Advertise available units on Craigslist and other media. Track leasing goals and results. Promote the properties’ social media channels. Support the lease renewal strategy. Attend leasing, marketing, and management meetings as required. Position signage and collateral for neighborhood outreach. Use leasing systems to streamline processes. Execute the leasing process: walk‑throughs, credit/application evaluation, and all required documentation. Resident Relations Build and maintain positive resident and community relationships. Manage the package system for safe and efficient delivery. Maintain professionalism in all interactions with staff, residents, tenants, and vendors. Identify resident, tenant, or coworker needs and respond promptly. Communicate regularly with residents, coordinate events, and conduct satisfaction surveys. Physical Asset Maintenance Prepare vacant units: cleaning, touch‑ups, and spiffing before move‑in. Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies. Keep workspace, office, and leasing path tidy and organized. Understand and follow safety and quality control measures. Know available emergency resources for risk response. Administration Maintain physical and digital resident, vendor, and project files. Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, managers, and vendors. Update leasing software with new leads, tours, and move‑in process data. Track, prepare, and execute move‑in and move‑out activities. Assist with special projects as needed. Prioritize workload to meet deadlines. Show proficiency with productivity tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, and Google Docs. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Excel in communication and interpersonal skills. Have experience interacting with the public in a retail or sales environment. Friendly with a good sense of humor and a willingness to learn. Benefits & Compensation Wage: $18–$20 per hour; eligible for leasing and renewal bonuses. Schedule: Thursday & Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm (1 hr lunch) & Saturday 10:00 am–5:00 pm (1 hr lunch).
