You'll be a key player in iterating, testing, and refining creative solutions that captivate audiences and deliver results. Design static digital ads optimized for various platforms, including professional networking sites, social media, display networks, email marketing, and landing pages. Edit both short‑form and long‑form video content, primarily for social media, webinars, and enhancing existing video assets. Leverage modern creative tools to generate innovative AI‑powered videos and other digital assets. Develop compelling campaign concepts that are deeply aligned with specific marketing goals and client brand guidelines. Proactively suggest new creative approaches and design strategies based on campaign performance and audience behavior insights. Produce multiple creative variations for rigorous A/B testing and optimization. Ensure strict adherence to consistent brand standards across all client projects and deliverables. Prepare and adapt digital assets in various sizes and formats to meet platform‑specific requirements. Efficiently manage revision cycles while maintaining rapid turnaround times for all creative deliverables. Engage directly with clients via email and communication platforms to discuss creative direction, gather feedback, and secure brand approvals. Stay abreast of emerging AI creative tools, digital design trends, and broader marketing innovations. What We’re Looking For We are seeking a proactive and innovative designer who not only executes but also brings fresh ideas to the table. You possess a deep understanding of how messaging, visuals, and buyer psychology converge to create effective campaigns. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, capable of producing polished work under tight deadlines, and you skillfully balance artistic creativity with tangible business objectives. As a self‑directed individual, you are comfortable managing client communications and gracefully incorporating constructive feedback to elevate your designs. Qualifications 5 to 8 years of professional experience in graphic design or digital creative roles. A strong portfolio showcasing performance marketing creative that demonstrates your impact and expertise. Proven experience in editing professional video content for various digital channels. Demonstrated ability to create high‑quality, AI‑generated creative assets using modern tools. A solid understanding of digital advertising best practices and principles. Extensive experience designing effective campaigns for professional networking platforms, social media, and B2B audiences. Exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort and proficiency in interfacing directly with client teams via email and communication platforms. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Stand Out With (Preferred Experience) Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Premiere Pro. Experience with motion graphics and creating animated digital assets. Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Veo, or similar platforms. A basic understanding of marketing analytics and A/B testing methodologies.
