Job Description

An established employer in Aurora, IL is seeking a  Warehouse General Labor associate for its 3rd shift operation. In this hands-on role, you will stack and wrap materials weighing 5–50 pounds while helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. This position requires consistent physical activity, attention to detail, and flexibility to work overtime as needed. This is a long-term temporary opportunity with the possibility of temp-to-hire.

Responsibilities:

• Stack and wrap materials weighing 5–50 pounds accurately and safely.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and established safety guidelines.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization using 5S practices.
• Adapt to changing operational needs while handling multiple assigned tasks.
• Complete additional warehouse and general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age by the position start date.
• Ability to lift 5–50 pounds consistently throughout the shift .
• Steel-toe footwear is required at the time of start.
• Must be willing and available to  work overtime as needed .
• Must successfully pass a  pre-employment background check and drug screen .
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with team members throughout the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to sudden changes in operational goals and demands.
• Detail- and results-oriented.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out simple oral or written instructions.

The base pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.50/ hour  , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
