If you are looking for a place to grow, we encourage you to apply at Midland States Bank, because you belong here.* **Position Summary**The Financial Services Cloud Admin - Salesforce Intern will provide assistance to the Salesforce team with recurring support, development, testing, and project-based work while gaining exposure to how Salesforce supports Midland’s lines of business and connects with other applications and data flows. **Primary Accountabilities*** Learn and support Financial Services Cloud (FSC) functionality and how Salesforce is used across Midland’s lines of business.* Assist with the Salesforce support queue and help research and resolve user requests and issues.* Support mappings and data flows between Salesforce and the ETL team.* Assist with smaller Salesforce enhancements, development work, and defect resolution.* Participate in development, testing, and team meetings to gain exposure to the full application lifecycle.* Shadow Salesforce team members to learn different areas of the platform, integrations, support, and development.* Complete assigned project work with guidance from a designated coach.* Perform other duties as assigned.* Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). **Position Qualifications** **Education/Experience:** * The internship will run for Summer of 2027 beginning mid-May and ending early August.* Able to work a 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.* **Must reside local to the St. Louis, MO area and report to the St. Louis office.*** Enrolled in a degree program with courses of study including Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related technology field at a college or university with at least 2 years completed.* Coursework or experience in technology and/or data-related subjects.* Salesforce knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required.* Works well in team environment.* Excellent written and oral communication skills.* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Teams.* Demonstrates ability to learn and use new software and programs. **Competencies:** * Business insight* Cultivates innovation* Drives results* Makes sound decisions* Being a brand champion* Collaborates* Communicates effectively* Customer focus* Being Authentic* Emotional Intelligence* Self-development* Being flexible and adaptable *If you require reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employee selection process, please direct your inquiries to Midland States Bank Human Resources at**View email address on click.appcast.io**.*THIS JOB DESCRIPTION DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A CONTRACT FOR EMPLOYMENT*At Midland States Bank, we believe that when we can bring our whole selves to work each day, we become happier, more comfortable, more confident and more excited to do great things for our customers, each other and our company.
