We have an immediate opening for a friendly, motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative . This is a great entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, marketing, fundraising, and communications while working with nonprofit organizations and community campaigns.
What You’ll Do- Interact with customers and members of the community
- Represent nonprofit organizations and fundraising campaigns
- Educate people about charitable causes
- Answer questions and provide excellent customer service
- Build positive relationships with the public
- Support marketing and fundraising campaigns
- Work toward individual and team goals
- Participate in training and team development
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Reliable and motivated
- Comfortable talking with new people
- Willingness to learn
- Team-oriented mindset
No previous customer service, sales, marketing, or fundraising experience is required.
We encourage recent graduates, college students, career changers, and candidates with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, restaurants, and customer service to apply.
