Nurses work closely with interdisciplinary teams to care for patients with psychiatric and substance use disorders. We offer structured scheduling, strong leadership support, and a culture that promotes work-life balance and professional growth.How you'll contributeA Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needsIdentifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventionsProvides care appropriate to condition and age of the patientPerforms timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical recordResponsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patientPerforms timely and accurate QI assessmentsWhat we're looking forApplicants should have a current RN license in the state of North Carolina and graduate from an accredited nursing program.
