Je verantwoordelijkheden bestaan onder andere uit:* Verantwoordelijk voor de correcte verwerking van payroll in samenwerking met SD Worx* Dagelijkse opvolging van loonadministratie en personeelsdossiers (bedienden)* Werken met het payrollsysteem eBlox* Controleren van loonberekeningen, sociale documenten en rapporteringen* Oplossen van payroll-gerelateerde vragen van medewerkers met empathie en discretie* Kritisch meedenken over processen en correctheid, zonder het menselijke aspect uit het oog te verliezenProfielJij past perfect als je:* Minstens 5 jaar ervaring hebt binnen payroll of loonadminstratie* Je een goede kennis hebt van sociale wetgeving* Je vlot kan communiceren in het Nederlands, Engels en FransHeb je ervaring in het werken met Eblox en Afas? Dan heb je een grote troef! Dit is géén match als je:* Enkel floreert in een zeer stabiele, sterk afgebakende HR-omgeving* Verwacht dat HR voornamelijk ondersteunend of adviserend is* Moeite hebt met onzekerheid, verandering of interne spanningenOrganisatie- en afdelingomschrijvingJe komt terecht in een internationaal actieve organisatie met meerdere sites in België, actief binnen een operationele en sterk veranderende context. De organisatie bevindt zich in een fase van transformatie, met impact van veranderende wetgeving, kostenfocus en een duidelijke ambitie om talent sterker intern te ontwikkelen. HR speelt een nabije, businessgedreven rol en werkt zeer dicht samen met management en leidinggevenden. Het HR-team bestaat uit generalisten met complementaire sterktes, waarbij flexibiliteit, ownership en samenwerken centraal staan. Rollen zijn niet strikt afgelijnd: initiatief nemen en impact realiseren is belangrijker dan functietitels.
