Required AHA BLS & ACLS


Forsyth: Travelers but have expertise in all cases: robotics, neuro, ortho, plastics, gyn etc. heavy experience in GYN, plastics, and prostate bx


Holiday Expectations: MUST work 2 major Holidays of the 3: Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day New Year's Day AND 1 Minor Holiday: The Friday after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve New Year's Eve
