Physical Therapist Neuro Outpatient

Nealy Pierce, LLC seeks a Physical Therapist specializing in neuro outpatient brain injury rehabilitation to join a hospital-based team. In this role, you will perform detailed neurological assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, balance, and functional independence for brain injury patients. You’ll collaborate closely with physicians and allied health professionals, educate patients and families, and contribute to program development, all within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
