Insurance Licensed Benefits Consultant

Providing guidance and support to local account management teams, the full-time Voluntary Benefits Consultant will design, implement, and enroll clients in voluntary benefits programs while working remotely across the United States. Key responsibilities Designs and implements voluntary benefits programs, ensuring successful enrollment for clients Manages the RFP and RFI processes, preparing and submitting documents to carriers and reviewing responses Develops communication materials and assists with post-implementation service issues related to voluntary benefits Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Three or more years of experience in an insurance agency or company focusing on employee benefits Project management and sales/marketing experience Experience with voluntary benefits programs Valid Insurance License within 90 days of hire
