Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney to join our expanding practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong transactional experience and a refined understanding of business law, with the ability to manage complex legal matters across a broad spectrum of industries. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside seasoned partners and thought leaders in a collaborative, intellectually rigorous environment.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements.
Provide strategic counsel on corporate governance, compliance, and operational matters.
Advise clients on entity formation, structuring, and reorganization.
Support transactional matters including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures.
Work with clients in the healthcare sector on regulatory and business matters.
Assist with employment-related documentation and compliance issues.
Engage in real estate transactions, including due diligence and contract negotiation.
