Shift Leader

Reports to: Manager

Location: Restaurant

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Duties and Responsibilities

1.Able to perform job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

2.Assumes duties and authority of manager in their absence.

3.Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of establishment.

4.Oversees proper use of food and supplies according to set par levels.

5.Ensures compliance with all regulatory standards.

6.Ensures enough dough is prepped daily.

7.Assists with training and preparation of essential food items.

8.Assists in other areas of restaurant when needed.

9.Completes opening and/or closing checklists.

10.Other duties as assigned by Company Management.

Requirements

(Minimum requirements for entry into position)

1.One-year of restaurant experience.

Skills and Characteristics Required

1.Must be organized, flexible, and detail-oriented.

2.Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

3.Ability to prioritize and multitask.

4.Sense of urgency.

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel, and have the ability to lift bus pans and trays weighing up to 40 pounds.
