You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and Assistant Supervisors, empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.What you'll love about this role:Achievable Targets: You'll average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload.Uncapped Bonus Potential: You'll have an opportunity to earn more by increasing your billable hours, but it's entirely up to you—work at a pace that suits your lifestyle.Growth and Advancement Opportunities: You'll have the chance to advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV, increasing your leadership impact along the way.
