Outside Sales Representative

International Window Corporation (IWC), a leading manufacturer serving Southern California's building industry, is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence throughout San Diego County. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional to manage an established book of business, develop new accounts, and represent a trusted manufacturing brand in a thriving construction market. What You'll Do Manage and grow relationships with established window and door supplier accounts throughout San Diego County Identify, prospect, and develop new business through cold calling and proactive outreach Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing product knowledge and responsive service Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction Stay current on product lines, pricing, and industry trends to effectively position IWC in the market What You Bring Prior sales experience, ideally within windows, doors, building materials, or construction products Working knowledge of the construction industry required; window and door product knowledge strongly preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently Must reside within San Diego County (the assigned sales territory) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Competitive base salary plus monthly commission Company-provided vehicle and cell phone Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr International Window
