Registered Nurse - Acute Care

This is a 13-week contract position.

12-hour day/night rotation with weekends as scheduled.

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse in an Acute Care setting. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to a diverse patient population with various diagnoses, including CHF, COPD, cellulitis, and more. You will work collaboratively with a charge nurse and assist with patient care alongside nursing aides.

Provide direct patient care based on established protocols and procedures.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes as needed.

Titrate drips as required, particularly heparin based on APTT results.

Document patient information and care activities accurately using EPIC system.

Valid RN License.

BLS and NIHSS certifications are required.

Experience with patient care in an acute setting preferred.
