CCL Hospitality Group – Hybrid Remote/Onsite Dietitian – Sacramento, CA Location: CCL Hospitality Group – Northern California | Setting: Senior Living | Schedule: 0‑30 hours per week | Compensation: $40‑$50 per hour. Job Summary Make a real impact as a Clinical Dietitian! You’ll provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in senior living, working with a collaborative team to enhance resident outcomes through evidence‑based nutrition care. What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes. Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to residents, families, staff, and the community. Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high‑quality, consistent care. Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing resident care and clinical excellence. Partner with the food service management team to help achieve resident satisfaction and service goals. Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training. What We’re Looking For Registered Dietitian (RD) with valid CDR#. License/certification and membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, completion of Dietetic Internship or equivalent (Master’s preferred). At least 2 years of clinical experience in a senior living environment. Serve Safe and Allergen certification preferred.
